Dr. Jena is a licensed and board certified Chiropractor in the state of North Carolina. She received her Doctorate of Chiropractic and Bachelor of Science in Human Biology at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota.

Dr. Jena utilizes hands-on chiropractic care, treating the patient by doing muscle work, manual adjustments and ending the treatment session with some form of rehab. She believes that patient care is a team effort between both the practitioner and the patient themself. She spends time helping the patient understand the reason behind their condition and works with the patient educating them how to prevent reoccurrence as well as giving them home-care instructions if the condition should persist and/or reoccur. Along with chiropractic care, Dr. Jena also utilizes Applied Kinesiology in her treatment of some patients.

Being from Nebraska originally, Dr. Jena knows how fortunate she is in the North Carolina community. "I appreciate and respect each of my patients not only for their loyalty and trust but more importantly for their acceptance in being part of their healthcare team." When not at the office Dr. Jena enjoys spending time with her husband, working out, water sports, and traveling to visit family and friends.
