At A Step To Health, we are offering infrared heat in a therapeutic capacity! Because we want you to maximize the benefits, we are requiring all client’s to enroll in our Infrared Sauna Health Membership prior to use.
$30 for Single Session
This process allows us to provide individualized sauna recommendations based upon your goals using a simple health screening and interview, all conveniently online.
Crystal Honeycutt, clinical naturopath, has designed a simple health screening to make sure infrared heat is a good choice for your individual health and is going to provide you with the benefits you are seeking.
In a short 20 minute online visit, she will go over your health screening, make personalized recommendations and help you get started using the infrared sauna.
Once you are enrolled in the Infrared Sauna Membership, then you can use our online scheduler to book your sauna sessions. We have a variety of hours available, including weekends!
