Sandy Brady, LMBT #16727
Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist

Sandy is a licensed massage therapist (NC #16727 and FL #MA 85997), a MELT Method® instructor, and an integrative health and nutrition coach. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English and a Master of Public Health (MPH), both from UNC-Chapel Hill. She is a North Carolina native with strong ties to Florida, and she divides her time between the two locations.

Sandy is returning to the practice of complementary and alternative therapies after many years pursuing other careers, both in the private sector and in the nonprofit public health research sector. In March 2017, she graduated from Cortiva Institute in St. Petersburg, Florida, where she trained in neuromuscular therapy and myofascial release, as well as in traditional Swedish techniques.
